For Grandma

We are going for a trip starting next week and everyone here are excited! The boys will definitely have fun. A lot of plans and hopefully, everything will be as we hoped for! But first, I’m thinking of buying my Grandma this kava herbal medicine because she’s got also a rheumatism that persist from time to time. And I’ve read that when one used this, they will experience some kind of euphoria characterized by being so alive! They will feel lively speech and an increased sensitivity to sound. Prevent anxiety because it will relax muscle tension, act as local anesthetic, and for more than a century it is used as a treatment for gout, bronchial congestion and rheumatism. We’ll see about this.

Getting out of Debt

Just thought you might be interested with this!

::Face up to what you owe Financial solvency with fearless honesty. So, sit down and tally every last centavo.
::Set up an emergency fund Having back-up savings will help keep you from going father into the red.
::Repay aggressively A good online debt calculator lets you run “what if” scenarios with different repayment amount and deadlines. Choose a plan that’s more demanding that you’d like.
::Track your money Keep a spending diary for at least two weeks you’ll why and how your cash is leaking away.
::Inspire yourself Visualize your post-debt life, when you will be able to use your money for some interesting and more important things.
::Go on cash-only diet Is a known law of financial physics: plastic attracts debt. So, cut up all your credit cards (except one, for emergencies), and when you buy, spend actual money.
::Pay bills more often Many successful individuals make debt payments two or even four times a month. This pares down principal faster and reduces interest too.
::Adopt a “no excuses” strategy You may not want to take on a weekend job or sell your grandmothers jewelry – but maybe you should. Do whatever it takes to succeed. You thank yourself when your debt load shrinks.

5. One of the Wonder Twins could turn into any form of water, while the other could turn into any animal. Which of these powers would be more useful to you?
+ Not really sure. Never thought of that..

Taking a degree online!

If ever I will be going back to school it would be like this degree online that way, I don’t need to leave my youngest from day to day. I’ve heard people taking courses online. I’ve read that this school is fully online school that offers graduate online degree programs in business administration, information technology, human services, public health, public safety, and psychology, and bachelor’s degree programs in business, information technology, and public safety. Most of their graduates has been very successful at any kind of field of work. I am still considering about this idea but not decided yet. This is interesting!

+ I went to a public and private schools. It’s a long story. It’s because of my Dad assigned for work from one place to another and we have to come along. But I turned out fine:) My eldest will be going to private school because the husband and I have already talked about it. :)

3. Are you currently in school or taking classes?
+ Oh no..hopefully, I can finish my Master’s somehow! But not soon..

+ My parents never had loans for me. Or that’s what I was told. :) I’m the eldest so, everything was most likely planned for my education. As for our kids, I hope we won’t have that..It’s early to tell. But the husband and I are doing everything for my boys! Happy Weekend!

Eat Smart

*Don’t Skip. You know it’s been said that breakfast is the most important meal of the day. Eat a healthy, nutritious, filling breakfast to keep you from making up for it on your next meal.
*Avoid Sweets. Slowly phase out candies and other sweets from your diet. Not only do they tend to be high in calories, they’re also bad for the teeth.
*Go fresh. Visit the produce section of the grocery and stock up on fresh fruits and vegetables that are sure sources of vitamins and minerals.
*Impose a kitchen curfew. Tame your stomach by resisting any late-night grumbling. Eating close to bedtime will not give your system time to fully digest all the food.
*Resist temptation. If you don’t have a chocolate bar or a bag of chips just a few paces away, then you will be less prone to snacking on them. Stock up on healthy food that is low in fat and calories.
*Cut down. Lessen the portions that you consume gradually: if you used to have a cup of rice, get used to two-thirds, then half.
*Call in the alternate. These days, low-fat and non-fat alternatives abound. Use low-fat mayo, milk, yogurt and cheese instead.
*Go natural. Process food with all their preservatives and additives are bad. Buy fresh meat and fish from the market instead.
*Fiber-fill your diet. Choose whole-wheat breads, brown rice and other fiber-infused food to fill you up faster and make your snacking healthier.
*Juice up! Instead of drinking alcohol or carbonated drinks or powdered juices that are high in both sugar and calories, go for fresh fruit juices to sweep out toxins.

Either you are an avid collector of rare coins or just an agent of some else. You can buy gold at places like this site that I came across! They are established company for gold bullions, coins and precious metals products. I’ve read that Monex is America’s premier coin dealer because of its sizable buy-and-sell bullion and coin market. Billions of dollars in transaction volume is proof that Monex offers competitive gold prices, making Monex the preferred source for the purchase of bullions. They are certified and convertible gold bullion bar, and for special “internet-only” incentives available on this product for new customers.
